Our work

From the registered farm to the stuffed container

We own every step that decides quality — who grows the crop, how it is certified, where it is stored and how it is processed — so specification, traceability and price stay accountable to one team.

01

Direct sourcing

Our sourcing begins at the farm. NDIPL works with 50,000+ farmers across 60,000 hectares through integrated pest management, organic and regenerative farming practices. This enables us to source rice, wheat, pulses, oilseeds, millets and other commodities. Every lot is digitally linked to its farm origin, providing buyers with greater visibility and traceability across the supply chain. Our model supports assured market access for farmers while offering buyers.

Quality Testing

NDIPL assure quality from the farm to the final shipment. Our agronomist team works at the farm level, guiding growers on crop health, input use and harvest practices so that quality is built in before the produce reaches us. At each of our five processing units, a dedicated quality assurance and control team runs an in-house quality laboratory. Every commodity we supply is assessed against specified benchmarks agreed with our buyers. Our testing covers physical parameters such as moisture, foreign matter, broken grains and admixture, as well as safety parameters such as pesticide residues, aflatoxins and heavy metals. Routine checks are carried out in our in-house laboratories, and specialised analyses are carried out through accredited external laboratories. Samples are tested at intake, before storage and before dispatch, and the results are documented for each lot.

Certified products

Our operations are FSSAI-licensed and HACCP-certified, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards across handling and processing. For organic produce, NDIPL is certified under India’s National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) and the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). We support farmer groups with structured record-keeping, internal control systems and inspection readiness to maintain organic compliance season after season. Each consignment is supported by relevant certifications and compliance documentation, enabling buyers to integrate products into their supply chains and audit processes with confidence.
